Aida complete her 39th journey around the sun, like it or not just how time flies.

Along and Kak Long welcome guest for Ariff & Mursyda's Wedding reception at Casabella, an interesting place for a wedding. Since the Nikah on the 25th of December 2010, this affair is an interesting one for the family. All because it is the 1st child/son, as well as 1st grandson of Baba and Mak and therefore the MHS clan.

Within the span of about 3 hours, we get to meet relatives, cousins, uncles and aunties and those related because of this occasion as well as welcoming new family member through this wedding. Most of all, we should learn from this affair an improve on the event to do what is good and not repeat what is wrong or otherwise. How can we do better ?

Ateh completed his 47th year and we all 20 of us had fun at SkyTrex Adventure, Taman Pertanian Malaysia Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam, and a good lunch at Zam zam Restaurant serving Arabic food, but WOW the price of water (Ice Lemon Tea and Orange Juice, just ridiculously expensive).

Here there and every where ...

0800hrs, Friday 7th January 2011, together with Adam, took the Kommuter to KL Sentral enroute to Penang by KTM, goodness gracious delay here and there, don't this people know how to keep to actual time. Just imagine how much time wasted just waiting and not being able to do anything. Finally after waiting from 9.35pm for the original schedule time of 10.00pm, the journey began.

0615hrs, Saturday 8th January arrived Butterworth Station, took a Taxi to Masjid Bandar Perda, Seberang Perai for Suboh. Called Lia informing her that where we are and quite awhile before she came and took us to breakfast. While waiting for her packing, we spend some time at Seberang Perai City Mall. Only about 1215, we were on the highway on the way back to Shah Alam.

1715hrs after a good journey, we reach our destination with a stop for lunch and dhohor at Tapah R&R. The Charade is packed, and I wonder how her other friends managed with just two bags or so. Well ... Lia said, they all managed because she brought all those things ... sure ... why not, since its already there ... right!!!

0758hrs, Sunday 9th January 2011, our routine walk at Taman Tasik, before breakfast at Pasar Besar, Klang and weekly wet market shopping. Next we drop by Lot484@SgUdang, to pay a courtesy call to our beloved brother who will be hosting a wedding reception for Ariff and Syda this 22nd January 2011.

0612hrs, Monday 10th January 2011, on the way to KLIA as Nie enroute to Surabaya for a working trip. Ayyub's Kumon, and by the day end, RM900.00 gone due to the short circuit @no14.

Here in Shah Alam, there in Penang, here in Klang and there in Surabaya ... interesting, tiring but that is life.

Another day to remember, not that we need to shout about but more so because it reminds us that our dear one reach another milestone in her journey of life. It is not a number that some would bother to remember but more so it is a date to take note.

More important it is not how far or how many but what is left and what you do with it.

So Happy Birthday, may Allah reward you with beautiful and worthwhile life within his hidayah.

PS:
If last year she request for a new coat of paint for the room, this time she prefers a nangka madu tree, now where can I get one. MAHA will only come again next year, MARDI maybe ? Better still lets try google ... who knows.

Yes, another one completed his 45th journey around the sun, as life goes on or should we say actually its just another day. We wish him the very best for the years to come and may Allah's blessing be with him and family. He is my brother, De or numeric A4.

Arif & Mursyida

Arif mengakhiri zaman bujangnya malam tadi (25hb Disember2010), apabila dia berjaya melafadzkan akad nikah pada jam 9.30 malam di rumah Pak Long Mursyida. Alhamdulillah semuanya lancar, dan dengan bersatunya kedua mereka maka terikatlah silaturrahim diantara dua keluarga. Majlisnya yang dihadiri oleh keluarga terdekat dari kedua belah pihak.

Semoga mereka mengecap kebahagian ke akhir hayat, kita doakan mereka :

"Barakallah hu laka wabaraka a'laika
wa jamaah bainakuma fil khair"

[Semoga Allah memberi barokah kepada kamu dan dan memberi barokah
dan kebaikan dalam mengumpulkan kalian berdua suami isteri]

Kepada kedua ibu Bapa dari kedua belah pihak tahniah, panjang umur 9 bulan lagi kalau ada rezki ada peluang timang cucu.

20 years ago ...

Well ... as each an everyone of us go through the journey we called life, how we forget that time never bother to wait for us, and before you know it you left the teen years and now began a journey with' ty ' sticking to your age.

Does it matter ? Actually not really.

This time around, we spend tyra's birthday at Mid Valley, get her to choose her Birthday Presents, which she seems to enjoy getting the brother and sister to pay for what she chose, as Ibu let her choose a Swatch design. Had lunch at ITALLIANIES, ok but could have been better if Kak Lia is around.

1961 ... MCMLXI

Interesting Number ... for a simple reason that if you flip it "upside-up" it still remain the same, the numerals that form the year looks the same as when the numerals are rotated upside down. Not since 1881 and if ever 6009.

Well for the right reason Mum and Dad gave birth to this boy 49 years ago. How time come and go, no matter how much you counts it never stays, before you know it shall be 50 insyaallah, but most importantly no matter how many years, much more important is how many more years are left??? If you are lucky to reach Nabi Muhammad SAW age, that is 14 years only. If you take in general as per his saying, "umur umat ku, diantara 60 - 70 tahun". If you exceed those years, that shall be considered as bonus.

What ever it is, take it as it is, you can only plan, but Allah aza wa jalla is the greatest of planner. Well to start this morning, I went out for a walk, around section 20 and 19, a route to 7/11 Section 20 takes 20 min, while an extended walk to De Palma Hotel takes another 20 min before finally reaching home at about 7.20 which gives an hour walk.

As I enter the house, Adam wishes me Happy Birthday, wake Ayyub and then Lisha. After getting dressed up, she says its Abah's birthday and later on she says birthday abah tak ada cake.

Well ... as Haji Ramli Wali says, its just another completion of our journey across the Sun. What we do with our life and how we contribute depend totally on us. May Allah protect us all, and place us within his chosen ones, "tetap menetapi, memerlukan dan mempersunggoh Quran Hadith secara berjamaah hingga akhir hayat, insyallah". AMIN
